Data retention
How long your files stay after a trial, a cancellation or an unpaid renewal.

| Trial ends without a plan | Deletion is scheduled five days after the trial ends. |
| Paid subscription cancelled | Kept 14 days after the paid period ends. |
| A manual renewal was not paid | Kept 14 days from the renewal date. |
| An automatic payment failed | The same 14 days from the renewal date. |
| You activate a plan in that window | The scheduled deletion is cancelled. |
Going off air and being deleted are different dates
Your station stops broadcasting first — on the renewal date if the renewal was manual, or five days later if an automatic payment failed. See Billing. Your files outlive that by the window above, and the account is suspended rather than gone for all of it: paying in that window brings everything back exactly as it was.
Warning
Deletion removes the audio itself, not only the references to it.
