Rotation and queue
The difference between what plays normally and what plays next.
Rotation
The rotation is the set of playlists AutoDJ draws from while it is on air. It is the default behaviour of your station: what happens when nobody has asked for anything else.
Queue
A queued track plays next, ahead of the rotation, once. Queue something when you want it on air now — a promo before a show, a track you want played next — without changing what the station does the rest of the day.
Skipping
Skipping ends the current track and moves to the next. What is queued keeps its place at the front.
Skipping is immediate
Listeners hear the cut. It is a tool for a mistake on air, not for browsing.
